Children's Alliance Executive Director Dr. Stephan Blanford will discuss the policy victories of the 2023 legislative session and what they mean for children and families, especially Black and brown kids and others furthest away from racial justice. He will share his insights on how communities successfully advocated for progressive policies on youth mental health, oral health care, and child care, as well as what it will take to score bigger victories in the future.
