Contract Lobbyist for Early Learning and Child Care – Washington State
Children’s Alliance is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide contract lobbying services related to early learning and child care. The selected contractor will work to influence state legislation, policies, and budget decisions related to early learning and child care; engage with lawmakers and state agencies; and represent the organization’s priorities during the legislative session and in interim policy work. The contractor will work closely with organizational leadership, policy staff, and coalition members to advocate for policy changes that increase access to affordable, high-quality early learning and child care for all children and families in Washington.
