Document comparing the Governor's budget proposal with the House and Senate versions released on Februrary 23, 2010.
Highlights include:
* Apple Health for Kids eligibility is sustained in both budgets, but the Senate cuts outreach funding in the amount of $425,000 (half of the amount allocated in the biennial budget)
* Funding is sustained for MSS and Interpreter Services in both budgets
* Basic Health is preserved in both budgets, although the House budget assumes federal bridge funding. If this funding does not come through, the BHP will end in April 2011.
