Juvenile Justice and Adolescent Issues

The Children's Alliance works on several issues related to juvenile justice and adolescents in Washington. In juvenile justice, we advocate for alternatives to detention, juvenile violence prevention efforts, and strategies that address racial disproportionality in the system. We also work on a range of issues affecting adolescents, including services for adolescents in conflict with their families and mental health and chemical dependency treatment.
