We seek a highly motivated and values-driven Donor Relations Director to help fuel powerful, equity-focused public policy and advocacy for Washington’s kids and families. The Donor Relations Director will develop, manage, and implement a successful and inclusive fund development plan. We are also hiring an Advocacy Director to develop and lead strategy and tactics to advance public policy campaigns that improve child well-being and close gaps by income and race/ethnicity. Responsibilities of this position include staff supervision and team leadership, strategy development, grassroots advocacy/mobilization, multiple forms of strategic communications, membership engagement, and training/leadership development.
